Introduction

Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before using the office-hub website operated by office-hub (“office hub” or “our” or “we” or “us”) provides services to your use (“you” or “User” or “Customer” or “Client” or “Designer” or “Manufacturer”) subject to the following terms of service, which may be updated by us from time to time without prior notice to you. These terms and conditions (“Terms of Service”) apply to all users of the officehub.com website, including users who contribute information, ideas, and other materials or services on the Website. Please read these Terms of Service carefully. By using and/or visiting the officehub.com website or any other websites or pages owned or controlled by us (collectively the "Website"), you consent to both these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated by reference. office-hub cannot and will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with any provision of these Terms of Service.


Return and exchange Policy

  • What is the return notice period? We offer a 14 day return and exchange period from the delivery date.
  • What are the terms for return and exchange? We are keen on conforming to the specifications, but in case the item is defective “malfunction, manufacturing defect”, or damaged upon delivery; the customer has the right to exchange or return the order within 14 days of delivery with no additional fees, given that the returned or exchanged products are in their original condition when they were bought, they have not been used, and the outside cover is in its original condition. office-hub has the right to inspect all returned items to check its condition.
  • Orders placed using Cash On Delivery payment: Our valued customers have the right to check the item upon receipt and return it or request replacement immediately at the time of delivery without incurring any additional costs - just refuse the delivery or contact us within 14 days as long as the item is in its original condition. and the customer will be charged for full shipment fees. The refund will be processed from office-hub as soon as we receive and inspect the items within 7 working days via one of the approved payment methods or bank transfer.
  • Orders placed using Credit/debit card and installment payment: Our valued customers have the right to check on the item upon receipt and return it or request replacement immediately at the time of delivery without incurring any additional costs - just refuse the delivery or contact us within 14 days as long as the item is in its original condition. and the customer will be charged for full shipment fees. We will refund the price of items returned to the same card or the payment method that was used to complete the purchase process as soon as we receive and inspect the items within 7 working days.
  • Our customers have the right to replace any item with another more than once as long as the item’s not been dispatched. After sending the shipment, the customer can replace it within the 14 days of receipt and will charge the full shipment fees with the cost difference, if any.
  • Products with warranty: The customer has the right to replace only when there is a defect as long as the warranty is valid just in case the defect cannot be repaired in the original item, and the maintenance is provided by the supplier only.
  • Items that purchased under promotional offer can be refunded at the same price stated in the invoice.
  • How can I get a refund for the returned item? In cases of using credit cards or installments, we refund the amounts after making sure of receiving the items using the same original payment method according to the previous cases. In the case of using COD, the amount will be refunded by bank transfer only, and there is no possibility of sending it as cash.
  • Why can’t I return certain items? Unfortunately, we are unable to offer returns for the following cases: 1. All items after 14 day of receipt. 2. When a product is used or changed from its original condition in which it arrived for any reason. 3. Products that are designed and manufactured as custom made.
  • What are the return and exchange terms for Custom made products? You changed your mind? Your 14 days to cancel starts from the date you place your order. In case of cancelling after 14 days, you'll still be charged the full price.


Assignment

These Terms of Service, and any rights and licenses granted hereunder, may not be assigned, transferred, delegated, and sublicensed by you, but may be assigned, transferred, delegated, and sublicensed by office-hub without restriction.


General Terms

These Terms of Service are agreed in accordance with the laws of Saudi Arabia. You agree that any dispute related to our Website or other services must be brought in accordance with the dispute resolution procedures set forth below under the heading “Dispute Resolution”. We both agree that the United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods does not apply to these Terms of Service. If any provision of these Terms of Service is deemed invalid, void or for any reason unenforceable, such term will be severed and will not affect the validity of the remaining provisions of these Terms of Service, which shall remain in full force and effect. No waiver of any term of this these Terms of Service shall be deemed a further or continuing waiver of such term or any other term, and office-hub failure to assert any right or provision under these Terms of Service shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision. office-hub reserves the right to amend these Terms of Service at any time in its sole discretion and without prior notice, which shall take effect upon posting to the Website. It is your responsibility to review these Terms of Service for any changes. Your use of the Website following any amendment of these Terms of Service will signify your assent to and acceptance of its revised terms. You agree that any cause of action arising out of or related to the Website must commence within one (1) year after the cause of action accrues; otherwise, such cause of action shall be permanently barred.


Violations of These Terms of Service

Please report any violations of the Terms of Service, including objectionable User Submissions or behavior, to info@officehub.com. Please state the reasons for your concern and provide a copy or a link to the User Content, Design or, if appropriate, the behavior in question. Upon receiving such a report of a possible violation, Office-Hub in its sole discretion may investigate the matter and take such action as office-hub determines to be appropriate.


Review of Order and Proofs is Your Responsibility

We provide best-in-class online tools for you to personalize and review your order before submission. We also offer proofing services for certain of our products whereby a professional designer may adjust the design for layout, sizing and spacing. Each order with proofing services is rendered as a digital proof for approval before any manufacturing begins. Because of the personalized nature of some of our products, we are unable to accept returns to customized orders. So we encourage you to take great care to ensure the accuracy of each order before ordering.
